An entrepreneurial senior executive. I was an early leader and operator at some of the most exciting UK-based startups of the last decade — including Snyk, Canonical, and Cloud 66. Around 25 years of outsized success bringing transformative technologies to market, accelerating revenue growth, and building (and re-building) great teams.

A hands-on strategic advisor. Functional experience across commercial leadership, strategic business development, channel sales leadership, and product management — on multiple continents, in company sizes from Seed to Fortune 50.

A founder coach. I aim to help clients create the conditions for long-lasting positive change in their leadership styles and their business, using a relational, pragmatic, and creative approach.
